Welcome to Concurrent Dynamics International

We develope general purpose multibody dynamics simulation programs for the aerospace, automotive, biomechanics and robotics industries. Our dynamics simulation program, Dynawiz, models systems with interconnected rigid and flexible bodies. It accomodates prescribed motion, gear and contact constraints, and inverse dynamics. Its underlying formulation is Lagrangian and it can be hosted on PC's and workstations.

While Dynawiz is the dynamics simulation program, its input data is prepared by the program, BuildX. The purpose here is to give a short introduction to BuildX and Dynawiz. The topics are:

  1.     Multibody Dynamics Simulation Program Designs
  2.     Using Dynawiz
  3.     Running BuildX
  4.     Editing Rigid Bodies et al
  5.     Editing Y_File et al
  6.     Dynawiz Features
